Telephone/email Policy
Because of our high volume of telephone service, long-distance charges will, with your permission, be reversed. Unscheduled telephone calls and after-hours emergency calls and emails which are lengthy or result in a homeopathic prescription will be charged on a time basis ($3.00/minute, $90 maximum).


Brief informational calls will not be billed.

NOTE: All After hours/weekend calls will be billed at the per minute rate above + a $30 surcharge.

Directions to the Office
From the north via Route 29: take 29S into Charlottesville; take the 250/29S bypass; exit right onto Route 250W/250E business (Ivy); continue on Rt 250W about 9 miles; (look for Crozet Ave [stoplight] as landmark); continue past Crozet Avenue for 1.6 miles; at 2nd stoplight after Crozet Ave turn right onto Old Trails Drive.  *See below for further instructions.*

From the north via I-95: exit I-64E toward Charlottesville. Continue on over the mountains. Take the first and only Crozet Exit.  Then turn left onto 250E.  Continue 1.2 miles and turn left at first stoplight (at Western Albemarle High School, on right) onto Old Trails Drive.  *See below for further instructions.*

From the east via 250W: After passing the 29S/250 bypass, continue on 250W for about 9 miles (look for Crozet Ave [stoplight] as landmark); continue past Crozet Avenue for 1.6 miles; at 2nd stoplight after Crozet Ave turn right onto Old Trails Drive.  *See below for further instructions.*

From the east via I-64W: At 10.5 miles past Charlottesville, take the only Crozet exit; turn right onto 250E. Continue 1.1 miles and turn left at the first stoplight (at Western Albemarle High School, on right) onto Old Trails Drive.  *See below for further instructions.*

From the west via I-64E: Take the first and only Crozet Exit.  Then turn left onto 250E.  Continue 1.2 miles and turn left at first stoplight (at Western Albemarle High School, on right) onto Old Trails Drive.  *See below for further instructions.*

From the south via Route 29N: Take I-64 West for about 10.5 miles. Take only Crozet Exit (# 107); turn right onto 250E. Go 1.1 miles to first stoplight (Western Albemarle High School is on right there) and turn left onto Old Trails Drive. *See below for further instructions.*

*Continue until you come to the first large building (with clock tower) on right; turn right at the traffic circle onto Golf Drive.  Our office is the last apartment at the end of the building (Apt 101). Park wherever convenient.  Welcome!
